Refund policy

We offer a 30-day Peace Promise on every DreamPlush™ product purchased.

If it doesn’t help bring more calm to your child’s bedtime routine, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Items damaged through regular use are not eligible for refund.
